Does OMNIA directly read SMS, email or chats?
No. Compatible modules locally analyse information made available through Android notifications after user authorisation. The app does not directly access email accounts or complete conversations.
Is analysed content sent to Firebase?
No. Firebase is used for Trial, licences, devices and entitlement verification. Notification content and analysis history normally remain on the device.
How long is the Trial?
14 days from recorded first activation. At expiry, the app moves to the Free plan unless a valid permanent licence exists.
Do licences expire?
Basic, Premium and Family are permanent one-time purchases. They are not monthly subscriptions.
How do upgrades work?
Where available, moving from Basic to Premium or Family, or from Premium to Family, requires only the price difference displayed in the app.
What happens after reinstalling the app?
Reinstalling must not create a new Trial or reset limits recorded by the License Engine. Purchases can be restored with the same Google account originally used.
What is transferred to a new phone?
Only the licence entitlement. Counters, history, contacts, messages and local preferences are not copied automatically.
How many devices does Family include?
Family includes up to 4 total devices: 1 primary device and 3 additional Family devices. Slots can be managed by the licence holder.
How many protection modules does OMNIA include?
OMNIA includes 7 protection modules: Calls, SMS, Email, Social Media, Cyberbullying, Sensitive Content and Young Protection. SOS is a separate service and is not counted among the 7 modules.
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan keeps basic Call Protection and 3 SMS analyses per month. Advanced call rules can be unlocked with the related one-time purchase.
What are OMNIA Everyday Security, Italy Event Alerts and Travel Protection?
They are additional security tools, not new modules. OMNIA Everyday Security includes automatic local protection for links detected in notifications, purchase protection, trusted companies, QR checking, scam prevention and Security Diary. Italy Event Alerts lets users follow up to 3 regions/cities and, if they choose, the nationwide alerts provided by the feature. Travel Protection, included from the Basic plan, lets users set one foreign country at a time and uses World Alerts to check nearby natural events, emergency numbers and essential travel information. Location can be entered manually or detected on request; OMNIA does not continuously track the user.
Why is a module not analysing events?
Check that its switch is enabled, the active plan includes it, Android permissions are granted and source-app notifications are enabled.
Can OMNIA block every threat?
No. Analysis is preventive and probabilistic. False positives and false negatives are possible.
Does SOS automatically contact public emergency services?
No. OMNIA is not a public emergency service. Users must verify recipients and contact the competent services in a real emergency.
How do I request support or exercise privacy rights?
Write to info@omniashield.com, providing app version, device model and a description, without sending passwords, OTPs or unnecessary data.
